Delete your account

You can delete your Sonen account yourself, at any time, in a moment.

In the app

1. Open Sonen and tap your account at the top right.
2. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

On the website

1. Go to sonen.fm and sign in.
2. Open your account at the top right.
3. Choose Delete my account, then confirm.

If you have a membership

Cancel it first, from Manage membership in your account, so that nothing goes on charging you after the account is gone. Then delete the account as above.

What is removed

Your account and email address, the settings Sonen keeps for you (modes, tune, tempo and the like), your sign-ins on every device, and any membership record held by Sonen. It happens at once and cannot be undone.

What is kept

If you have ever paid, our payment provider, Stripe, keeps its own record of those payments, as the law requires of a business. Sonen keeps nothing else.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@sonen.co.uk from the address you used with Sonen and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
